Some of the most thoughtful, caring, and hard working teammates I have ever had. The whole team is very focused on listening to customers and solving their problems. The most rewarding place I have ever worked

Cons

The company is trying to tackle a very difficult problem in a very competitive space. Like any startup, this is not a 9-5.

1. Amazing team to work with. Founding engineers from Uber and people from Microsoft, IITs, so you will be learning a lot. 2. Modern tech stack. CTO is very knowledgeable and super tech savvy. 3. Follow best software engineering practices 4. Weekly casual catch-ups with team maintains the fun environment. 5. Amazing perks 6. CEO is an a amazing person with super friendly nature. You can speak your heart out. 7. Well funded backed by strong investors 8. They are solving a global problem and have already acquired some big names in the industry to use their product,

Cons

1. As I said, if you are a workaholic, go for it but if you need work-life balance, startup’s are not for you. 2. Sometime felt like a boxed environment where you have two stand ups in a day so you always have that unknown pressure to make things done in that interval 3. Felt micro managed some times as the manager can ping you 11 at night for the status updates.
