Avoid working at this bank! It is where careers go to die. This bank is so poorly run it is pathetic.

Fellow staff employees are honest great working people.

Cons

Executive management are very corrupt and are the reason for the multitude of problems at this bank, especially in California, including substantial loans problems and problems with moral. The current market manager is a snake in the grass and doesn’t know what she is doing. The executive C level team back in Missouri are clueless and desperate.

I enjoy the work ....when I get it.

Cons

The management seems a bit inexperienced. They would rather say everything is great when you ask directly when it's really not the case. Communication is non existent. If you want to come to work to make friends this might be it.. if you enjoy keeping it professional this ain't it.
