Pros

Great place to get your career started, great sales training, and can be a lot of fun if you are at a branch with good people. Also, good advancement opportunities since they hire from within.

Cons

You are required to work 49 hours a week, every week unless you ask off in advance. This was perfectly fine as a 3 month commitment, but not something that I would want to be doing for much longer than that. Plus, I didn't really enjoy selling the vehicle protection packages, which is the main part of the intern/management trainee position. If you're great at sales and don't mind the unreasonable hours, then go for it.

Pros

You get to wear a suit to work Your dress atire makes you feel confident Hour lunch Test driving different cars Everyone in office is young (but all the drivers are old wtf!!!)

Cons

The pay is awful; doesn't pay you nearly what you expected after recieving a college degree. If you don't have students loans or major bills this could be a great start to a young person's life. Literally sucks all the energy out of you. Forget about a social life. If your young, single, no kids, life-less and a work-a-holic then this is the job for you. They make promises about a salary between 32-35k; try under 30k. If you aint working 10+ hours of OT then you definitely aint making no $$$ for sure!
