Way too many politics, you have to politic in order to get promoted

Unlikely to get promoted past middle mgmt benefits although still good are getting more expensive and covering less new pay plans are laughable, if you once made good money they'll make sure it won't happen again they give you tons of "vacation" days after a few years but you're made to feel that you can't take them and if you do, you only get paid your base salary-no commissions so what;s the point? Company is operating like the sky is falling-cutting costs by not hiring much needed hourly part time staff yet the big wigs still earn over a million dollars a year. It's pitiful that they will not hire people who are needed-customers and profits are suffering
