      get what you can out of it and learn all that you can

      Pros

      Management training program is a great program and a good start to a career if you don't have any other prospects. Compensation is not on par until you get a few promotions.

      Cons

      You are not really paid what you are worth or what you bring to the table, at least for the first years. Be prepared to work your butt off and kiss ass.

      Pros

      Great work environment. Mostly young people who like to work hard and play hard. Also good opportunity for upward mobility within the company if you are willing to work hard.

      Cons

      Long hours for entry level positions. Evaluation is based almost completely on sales numbers. Can be more difficult to sell in some areas and this makes it harder to get promoted.

      Pros

      BY far the best reason to work for Enterprise is the reference to use them for your next job and on your resume. Employers love enterprise workers because of there highly regarded training program and continuity on this. I took the job right out of college and alot of the MT's are all young and fresh out of college so that makes the job somewhat enjoyable.

      Cons

      The biggest con was ofcourse washing cars each day. I didnt go to college to wash cars and i know every other MT at Enterprise agrees. However, its part of being an MT so if you dont agree with it then dont take the job. There is room for advancement, but just like alot of jobs its about politics and making Enterprise your life even outside of work.
