      Not much work life balance

      Pros

      Career advancement opportunities can be great with this company. It is a great company to get experience with sales and leardership skills. This company offers a great management training program for those that have limited experience.

      Cons

      There is almost no work life balance with this company. Compensation is less then desirable for both management trainees and branch managers. If you make it to branch manager level most managers have to work 55 + hours a week to do just the bare minimum.

      Pros

      A good place to get started. Gives employees a chance to learn and practice management skills. Gives young people a chance to know what hard work is like.

      Cons

      The promises made at interview time are not only inaccurate, but border on downright lies regarding your salary. Promotions to management are decided long before the interviews. They are to be had when you are "friends" of the person making the decisions. You can be the best of the best, but not chosen because the person making the decision wants their "friend" in there.

      Great shot after college at an entry level position. this company provided me with a shot right after college a shot that not many companies where willing to give

      Cons

      Long Hours short pay. In my experience i have had a variety of experiences with the public some of which have been not so pleasant as a result of poor upper level planning.
