Great place to start out of college, but really depends on your branch and management
Pros
If you work hard and make a point to management that you want to move up in the company, then you will. Lots of young, fun people to work with. All of my managers were willing to grab lunch with me and share insight on how they got to where they are, I just had to ask and not wait for it to happen. Can be very fast paced (depends on branch), and you get to drive a lot of fun cars :) Many opportunities to explore in the largest rental car company in North America.
Cons
They don't pay you much. Your expected to work 55 hrs a week min, including the occasional half day on Saturday. If you don't stay focused on working hard and moving up then you can easily become stagnant and discouraged. You have to where a full suit every day running around like a chicken with it's head cut off while helping wash cars.
