Pros

If you are fresh out of college, this is an excellent place to atart. The training program is terrific and it looks great on a resume. You will learn how to run your own business and be able to handle multiple types of personalities.

Cons

There is no work/life balance. Upper management has forgotten what it is like to work in the branches(they all started there). Pay has been decreasing in recent months

Pros

Great experience for those who are looking for a sales job fresh out of college. Training programs are good depending on what you make of them. You can learn a lot about sales and customer service, just remember that it is a starting job and do not get caught up trying to make it your career.

Cons

You end up working a lot of hours for not hat much pay as you move up with the company. For some reason you'll find that each promotion usually comes with some sort of initial pay cut. The goals they set for your commision can be hard to reach, and in some cases impossible.

Pros

For a student in college or just coming out, its a pretty good place to be. They worrk with you to make sure you go to class and can work. Just don't think of it as a long term career. If you look at those in mid-upper management you can tell there are enough positions to go around for even 1% of those that may want to stick with it and advance in the company. I'll say that its a good place to get a start in sales and marketing. The people are great to work with, mainly because you spend so much time there.

Cons

As I listed above, good luck moving ahead. Their business model just isn't geared to sustainable employment there. They do hire and promote from within, but if someone gets a job because they are good friends with the right person, it has no bearing on their ability to do the job.
