      Pros

      Fast pace makes days go by quickly. If you're a people person, the job gives you the chance to chat with all sorts of characters on a day-to-day basis. Definitely some good comaraderie with coworkers in your branch because you are all on the line of fire together every day.

      Cons

      People with Bachelors Degrees and 5 years experience with the company are still washing cars every day. Doesn't seem right. You are compensated like a car washer/cab driver, and you get little respect from customers accordingly.

      Pros

      The best reasons to work for Enterprise are the experience, internal opportunities, and strength of the company. It offers inside and outside sales as well as management development. In addition, employees are promoted from within which breeds company culture Furthermore, working for a multi-billion dollar company has its perks with easy transfers and more.

      Cons

      The easiest con is the long work hours with poor pay . In addition, at times it feels as if everybody is working for a promotion that they do not want. The promotion is for a job that still doesn't pay well, and the culture makes you feel as if you need to be 50 years old to do well in the company.

      Great people good responsibility to make a great experience at work. You get great management experience and are able to do a lot with little education

      long promotion process in upper management, right place right time
