Pros

Structured management program which does allow advancement. Young office environment with peers in a similar position to what you are going through.

Cons

Extremely long hours. Flex time is claimed to be offered but if you take forget about being promoted. Expect a 60+ hour week, and you will be wearing a suit and tie to work, and having to clean cars while in dress clothes. Constantly dealing with cleaning cars in nice clothes, customer complaints, and 7 AM-7PM days will lead to exhaustion and burnout.

Mis-management

Pros

A lot of locations around the country. Entry-level positions are easy to acquire. Ability to transfer seems somewhat easy from seeing others.

Cons

Such a large organization that you become a cog in the machine. The pay really isn't very good for the work being done.

Pros

You get to wear a suit to work Your dress atire makes you feel confident Hour lunch Test driving different cars Everyone in office is young (but all the drivers are old wtf!!!)

Cons

The pay is awful; doesn't pay you nearly what you expected after recieving a college degree. If you don't have students loans or major bills this could be a great start to a young person's life. Literally sucks all the energy out of you. Forget about a social life. If your young, single, no kids, life-less and a work-a-holic then this is the job for you. They make promises about a salary between 32-35k; try under 30k. If you aint working 10+ hours of OT then you definitely aint making no $$$ for sure!
