Extremely toxic culture. Not what the company used to be or stand for. Slow technology adoption all the while leaders only seem to care about climbing their own ladder. No longer promote engineers or management from within - be prepared for a stagnant career.

The company is big on their core values, but some basic values not called out as core values and are severely lacking, particularly respect, and class Strong aura of elitism, condescension, and critical natures between levels of leadership right down to entry level employees Extreme lack of respect, whether it's manager-to-manager or manager-to-employee, many leaders respect themselves much more than their colleagues Extreme lack of class. Very common for profanity to casually slip out in meetings by leaders, and it doesn't bode for the class you'd expect from a company with this kind of reputation Micromanagement is not uncommon Managers are very good to their direct reports, but not as good to their fellow managers teams, lack of good teamwork across areas and departments An open-door policy is promoted, but not as realistic as found within other companies 401k match is only 3% still, while many other leading employers are 6% matches Personal time off is not as generous as you'd expect
