      Pros

      They changed the dress code policy to causal. However, they clearly haven't defined "casual" to some people who believe casual includes their sleepwear.

      Cons

      Salary needs to be reevaluated to market. Very low in general, extremely low for the working conditions. Workload expectations are unattainable. I don't think morale can get any lower. There is no trust in upper management. They are constantly pushing their supervisors, to push the employees, but don't care to listen; to the people actually doing the work, about what the issues are. And they don't have enough intelligence to make good tactical and solid suggestions.

      Pros

      Set hours, shift bids each month if you want to participate and change your schedule. Work from home.

      Cons

      LOTS of metrics. When I first started here 2 years ago my job title was reservations. Since then they have added several more responsibilities outside of our realm of reservations. No pay raise with these changes. And as a matter of fact, they just cut our commissions by over HALF. So average of $250, doubtful, and top agents making $800, not anymore. Their job description is misleading. I just took a huge pay cut with this change in commission payout and was only informed 2 days prior to receiving my paycheck.
