Pros

Compensation was great. Annual raises based on merit. 2 days work from home (for IT folks). Work life balance was stressed very much. Managers were always making sure your home life was never suffering due to work and would find ways to help you meet your professional goals without neglecting home.

Cons

Path to management is long, almost felt unobtainable. They don't like people to make waives there, so strong personality types can have trouble thriving.

Pros

Several paid holidays, good benefits and a lot of vacation time

Cons

Don't deliver on what is promised, minimal raises ( you do get one every year though), told that holiday working was optional but have yet to have one off. If you excel in an area you are told to slow down and not preform at the level you are able.

Pros

You work with amazing people (all usually under the age of 30). The pay is pretty good, especially if you're right out of college. Yes, you will work long hours, however usually branch managers will let you take a half day/take a day off in order to keep you under 48 hours a week. They don't want you working more than those hours, however occasionally you will go over. You also are busy all day including picking customers up, driving around, and helping out customers in the branch so the day really does FLY by. You also get continuous support and training throughout the job, which keeps you motivated and up to date. You can literally get promoted in 8 months, and then the sky is the limit. It's a great job where you get extremely valuable sales and work experience. Highly recommend, especially if you're not sure what to do right after college.

Cons

Longish hours (not unbearable though). This is extremely sales based. They will help you throughout the way with your sales, but if that's not your forte, then this isn't the job for you. Working at the airport is also a con, however I never had to do it (airport is open 24/7, so the shifts are terrible).
