      Great co-workers but overwhelming hours and pay issues/ Stress

      Co-workers are about the only pro (all great)

      Cons

      -Hours -Pay - Setting you up for failure almost every day -Flawed promotion system Be ready for 50+ (sometimes almost 60!!!) hour work weeks oh and 2ish weekends a month. Your paycheck is going to be terrible for the amount of hours you are working and the way you're promoted is also not st up well either (You'll learn). Most stores especially the big ones (Flagships) be ready to be significantly overbooked (EX. Opening with 60+ reservations and maybe 8-9 cars to start) you will have customers in your lobby in the busy season just sitting there waiting for cars to return or not. You get yelled at constantly for things that are way out on your control. My best advice is to just be an MT/MA for a year and get out as fast as possible.
