Pros
The people you work with are great and if you have a good manager you can really make it far. The benefits are solid with full health/dental/vision. $401k match and profit sharing. The pay when you get into management if you're performing can be really good just know it is commission. You have the ability to grow quickly if you are a good worker, performing and know how to network.
Cons
When you hit a certain level growth can become harder unless willing to move within the country. Upper leaders will come up with plans to move people around to help them get promoted but you cant with 100% certainty guarantee it, because it will depend on your performance at the time and possibly others being promoted and or terminated. They offer Vacation and sick days, but when you're off you're almost made to feel guilty that you aren't working.
