Average workplace, not excelent, but not terrible

Pros

Small company that is growing, so there is lot of movement and lots of jobs.

Cons

Vacation is limited. It is difficult to get more vacation unless you are with the company for a very long time. Past experience does not help much to get more vacation. Also, there is no time off with out pay.
