      +Flex schedule +Bonus checks prior to new ownership.

      Cons

      -Managers don't know what they are doing half the time. -No more flex schedule. -No room for growth. -Company looks for any reason to deduct from your check. -Negative atmosphere. "Due to drastic pay cuts" "Write ups" -Upper management lies to its staff in regards to status of company and changes. -They shaft you out of your fringe benefits. -Expensive insurance.

      Fast paced company. Great experience in a very short time.

      Cons

      Management has a lot of politics going on. There is a lot of back stabbing going on. The management tries to fake that everything is going fine. There is a lot of turnover and layoffs going on.

      Management is ruining ERS

      Pros

      ERS used to be a great place until they were bought out some years ago. The pay is good, they have good benefits, and the new facility is top notch. They have a cool cafeteria with TVs and vending machines, a food truck shows up at lunchtime.

      Cons

      The work atmosphere is terrible, before they were bought out it was like a family run business. People were close, people enjoyed going to work, but now it is run like a big corporation. To management you are a seat not a person. They think they can get anyone to do your job. No matter how good of a job you do they only recognize when you do something bad. There is no room for growth in the company. The people they hire and attract aren't always the best. The culture here is "I'm going to get mine and look out for me." It feels like high school. If you are okay with going to work unhappy just because of the pay and benefits then this is the place for you.
