Cons
Working here is a complete waste of your time. Management communications skills are that of a fourth grader. It is so difficult to have someone attempt to coach you; and cannot find the proper words to use, so they result to talking down to you, due to their lack of education. Another troubling thing about ERS: is that they hire mostly friends / family, if your not in it doesn't matter how good you are at your job, your position want be held long. In addition to that the bonus structure is FOREVER changing which makes it next to impossible to achieve. Good Luck with this job!
