Was fine back in 2013 but no longer

1. Broken promises 2. I've contacted Enterprise Solutions Inc (ESI) repeatedly to request Verification of Employment (VOE) for time I worked at ESI for my new prospective employer(s). Each time I was promised the VOE would be provided. A week later still nothing which jeopardizes my job offer with new employer. This company is negligent and not reputable.

What to say... A opportunistic, body-shopping sweat shop company like many other desi firms in bay area with all dirty tricks. Maybe on-time salary payment may be one plus. Dynamic sales team but they ask you to show more experience in resume without taking in consideration employee capability or concern.

Cons

Promise green card filing but do not file even after years of service. Delay with various reasons Push you to go to any place in USA to work without listening to concerns of employee Force you to work at lower hourly rate with taking concerns of employee in
