Salary Base, otherwise would never recommend

Cons

Goodbye to their employees as fast as they change their socks. Zero understanding of truly the way business should be conducted. Uses people to the max with true neglect and lacking of true professionalism. Disrespects their employees by lacking communication that is needed The application process once offered the role there takes longer than interviewing and worse I have ever seen.
