      Pros

      Everyone on the team is a pleasure to work with. The pay is good, and I'm thrilled with all the experience I'm gaining. It's really making a difference - I found the thought of handling high-profile events daunting before, but now that my confidence has grown so much, all I feel is excitement.

      Working on weekends or holidays, but not a lot you can do because that's when many events take place.

      Pros

      Excellent team that I can rely on to have my back. Supportive and friendly managers. I’m glad to have a job that allows me to have a life - the work-life balance is great. Management really appreciates the effort you put in. Overall, amazing opportunity to stay active and be part of a fun team.

      Cons

      Stay away from Entourage Events Group and its terrible leadership. This isn't the right way to run a company. The leadership here dumps a bunch of tasks and workload on the employees without considering our current workloads and schedules. Our managers don't care about us as long as we do whatever they tell us to do.
