My experience was severely hamstrung by a boss whose wrath seemed to overshadow any positive efforts. Despite having potential, the environment felt stunted due to the micromanagement and lack of support. The constant fear of the boss's ire made it nearly impossible to thrive or feel confident in my role. No matter how much effort you put in, it felt like the opportunities to advance were always out of reach.

Very negative atmosphere and everyone is terrified of the boss. They are constantly firing people without reason. There are three management employees who have been there for 10+ years. Everyone else has been there for under 2 years(most less than 1 year). There is very little trust because of a lack of consistency on managements part. Every week the rules change and the three people in management positions are never on the same page. There are also some business practices in play that are morally questionable. Overall, no sense of job security, poor management style, and unfriendly atmosphere.
