Good team coordination - especially important during large events. Opportunities to learn about production and client service. Fast pace but the work is engaging and the atmosphere positive.

Pros

The starting salary seemed appealing at first, but it quickly became meaningless once the true reality of this workplace revealed itself.

Cons

Any small mistake was met with yelling and public humiliation. The behavior of those in charge made the office suffocating and unbearable. Aggression and hostility were constant, leaving no room for respect or dignity.

This job should suit anyone who enjoys juggling a lot of moving parts. I handle everything from client walkthroughs to lighting setups. It can be intense before big events, but the people here make it enjoyable. Everyone respects good work and gives credit where it’s due. There’s strong teamwork, so I never feel alone on a project.
