Pros
Entourage is a rapidly growing company that truly has the needs and concerns of the schools in mind. The customer service reps are very nice and knowledgeable, the sales team has an awesome group dynamic and the managers are respectful of the employees. Although there were some negative reviews for the field sales department, as having been a part of that team not too long ago, I do think that some employees who may have been not fulfilling their job duties may have a sour view of the company because of the repercussions of not doing their job. I was fully reimbursed for all expenses that I incurred with the clients (such as donuts). The work environment can be stressful at times, communication mishaps may occur-but that can happen everywhere. The people that I work closest to are very supportive and willing to help each other, as well as in other departments. Cross-training sometimes occurs (ie-I took customer service calls during our busy season even though I was in field sales), but experiences like that have made me a better representative of the company because I a WAY more knowledgeable. I feel that I have been recognized for my efforts and although I cannot attest the same for everyone, I am appreciative for the opportunity and am happy overall.

Family benefits seem quite expensive, but until recently I only needed coverage for myself, so I have nothing to compare it to.
