Very little hours

Pros

Get to meet a lot of people, and build relationships with the community. Pretty easy and simple job for a college student.

Cons

Don't make anything nor get enough hours, and do a lot of walking around town handing out promotion items that no one wants.

Pros

Great company culture, great people, great executive vision, great comment activities, great with incentives, decent health care offerings, getting a new building

Cons

Semi low compensation, no sick days - must use PTO, old computers, very rapid software updates, no UTA partnership, no flex days

Can be a good company to work for

Pros

There are a lot of good people that work here. Many of the people I worked with were awesome, and I would love to work with them again.

Cons

Because of poor management practices, and a constant rush to get code out, things are often unstable, which is a burden on the entire company. Support, Sales, and Development all feel the weight of the unstable code. Customers like the features, and the products, but are often at their wits end because of the constant flow of bugs and outages. This causes a fair amount of stress between departments. It doesn't help that the CEO seems to favor developers above all others.
