Very small raises over the years. There have been many times where there hasn't been a lot of good specific direction from executives and directors on goals. Things can be secretive.

The company is dynamic and the work is interesting. Entrata will be in a strong position for the forseeable future.

Cons

Daily morning and evening calls with dev teams in India, Leadership can be remote and processes are a bit chaotic

Great entry level job for many teams Awesome co workers Company is performing well

Cons

Upper management, especially the executive team is the worst. The exec bros care more about showing off their newest shoes than actually caring for employees. Everyone is underpaid and they don’t care. Don’t get me started with the CRO…. I’ll leave it at that.
