Pay is almost unfair. The Del Taco on my corner offers 2.00 more starting pay then Entrata. Sad. Literally 15 seconds in between calls but they want detailed notes on every single call or you get docked. It’s almost shocking when they tell you the starting pay during your interview but they inform you that you can quickly increase your pay after training is over by getting certified to take other types of calls such as corporate or military members. They don’t tell you that there’s a huge wait list to become certified in order to receive those raises and guess what you end up receiving those calls regardless and still stuck with sh*t pay.
