      Pros

      The team cares about the entire team succeeding and not individual achievements, leading to a safe atmosphere for everyone to learn and grow together. Management has a real focus on my personal development to ensure I'm having the experiences I am looking for to develop my skillset. The overall culture is fun and engaging and our executives are the real deal.

      Cons

      There are normal struggles as the company moves out of the startup stage and into the mature company that we are. Nothing unusual.

      Great compensation and culture

      Pros

      - Competitive pay and great benefits. - Great company culture, fun events and also you just feel valued. - Pretty good work / life balance, flex PTO starting in 2021 (essentially "unlimited" PTO as long as manager approves.) Culture here encourages taking PTO. - Flexible with WFH vs. working in-office or a mix.

      Cons

      - Workforce is not super diverse at the moment, but the new executive team has promised to fix this and that does seem to be happening.

      Incredible company - but be ready to work!

      Pros

      Entrata is the most put-together company I've ever worked for. I love their emphasis on communication and cooperation. Entrata has an amazing culture where the values are lived rather than just advertised. I love the company, the product, the culture, and my team.

      Cons

      This certainly isn't an easy job. Onboarding alone takes between 4-6 months, and even then there is always more to learn. Being a Product Training Manager means being "on" all the time - being upbeat, positive, and helpful for our clients. It's certainly rewarding to finish a successful training and know that you have helped people, but the preparation and mental energy required for those trainings can be a lot at times. I realize that this is more of a challenge for some than it is for others - that's just my two cents.
