Good Benefits, Mismatched Culture

Pros

The benefits and flexibility was always a major draw. I never cared about the perks but Benefits outmatched everyone I heard with healthcare and more.

Cons

This company spends a lot of energy telling everyone what their company values are, have events and emails about how every employee should live the values. However, between their wage discrepancies, lack of growth opportunities or flat out rejection of those who take initiative, it was such a let down to see that smart, capable people would never be rewarded for true innovation.
