They value their employees and care about their health.

Cons

Since they were a small start up a few years ago some of their processes aren't as ironed out or bug free as some of the other older companies.

Worst management, few egoistic & idiotic managers, low pay scale as compared to other companies, no value for your hard work, butter your manager culture.
