      Strong employer support, opportunities to grow, and flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Raises were not often given in this job title and weren't as highly paid as a leasing specialist. Although were responsible for team training that was QA related, giving presentations with new expectations or changes in the grading, etc. I felt a little underpaid in that position.
