      1. The management team is clueless 2. Maintenance and on-site staff can disrespect you and management tells you that there is nothing that they can do about it. 3. Company could up the pay for the number of duties performed.

      Great work culture. Large enough to feel like a real player in the industry, small enough that anyone can effect change.

      Cons

      Like most companies in Utah, we could stand to be more ethnically and ideologically diverse, but we are making large strides in this area.
