When I worked it was a bit unorganized and they did not have enough reps to support the volume of calls.

Flexible hours, they really care about how you are doing, they are constantly trying to improve their system

Cons

Emotionally draining, job itself was not at all intellectually stimulating to me, coworkers did not seem very driven

Great benefits, great people to work with, room to advance from within the company, I feel their training was excellent, very fun work environment.

Cons

The only bad thing I experienced was gossiping but you get that everywhere
