Pros

Entrata has a great inclusive culture and cares about your professional education. The people are really what makes me love working here. Everyone is kind to each other and willing to help. Pretty good benefits. You can work remotely for some positions in some states. Entrata events are always fun too.

Cons

There’s no room for growth. Unless someone quits there’s no opportunity to move up. Also, they don’t pay competitively at all, so people jump to another tech company nearby.
