Pros

Entrata has amazing benefits with a company that cares about the client. It is exciting to be a part of a company that is growing the way it is.

Cons

They pay a reasonable amount, but it will always be on the low side of what the industry average is. It can be hard to have your voice heard if you aren't in management.

By far the worst management and decision makers in charge, all the way from team leads to upper management they breed a culture where every manager have a propensity to look at employees as a set of numbers rather than a person. They set unrealistic expectations and burnout employees with regularity. Incredibly high turnover regardless of individual skills this goes for every department other then finance. This is not a company that looks to grow and hold onto talent. The pay scale is very poor compared to other companies.
