      Pros

      Best coworkers and lower management around. Really laid back work environment.

      Cons

      The benefits are HORRIBLE. You get 10 days a year for sick leave and vacation. It's really cramped a lot of people's style. Also, flexible schedule? FORGET IT. You are required to be in the office from 8-5 and get in trouble if you aren't. The 401k contributions are also abysmal. Also, just FYI most people don't stay here long. We have a major problem with turnover and the employees are for the majority under the age of 35.

      Fun work environment, open communication to your supervisor and your supervisor's supervisor is encouraged, advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Most chairs in the office are broken (missing an arm, slope to one side, slowly sink while you're sitting on them, etc.)
