      Entrata has hired some outstanding people, the culture is good, but the people are better. Entrata is on the brink of taking over the industry.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains for a fast growing company, they are getting better and more mature as an organization.

      Pros

      Love the family oriented culture and the great activities that we can take our kids to. My kids always say I work at the coolest place

      Cons

      For some coming in from more established companies may not be able to handle software and process changes. Great product, but they are going to keep changing as the product continues to be developed and the company grows

      Pros

      Great environment. Good place to learn some great skills and hone the ones you already have. It's an active, and fun place that always keeps you on the go.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes. Processes are not well defined. They don't always live up to their own "values".
