Pros
The company overall has been awesome and have good benefits. They strongly encourage your opinions to help better their practices and operations.
Cons
The lines of communication could be much approved. Sometimes you will hear how to do the same thing three different ways or nobody tells you what to do until after you have done it the wrong way. The company has an old school mentality with the hierarchy pyramid when it comes to chain of command. Not much room for growth and development unless motivated intrinsically.
