Pros
Property Solutions cares about it's people, and customers. They don't appear to be in it for a quick buck. They never raised venture capital and want to grow this company into a billion dollar+ revenue business. Decisions are made from a long-term perspective. Revenue growth has been insane over the last 5 years, and continues to climb. Free food, lunches, tons of social activities, pretty darn good benefits, 401K, etc. They threw a crazy dodge ball party last year to break the world record for the largest dodge ball game. 4000 people showed. It was bonkers. The company has great values, and they try to do the right thing. Amazingly cool people every where you look. If you work your can off, you'll get noticed and promoted quickly.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like we're driving down a dirt road going 80 mph, so there's a lot of bumping and rattling--although I personally enjoy that. Some people don't. While this is improving, things still aren't always planned out as well as they could be. Product dev moves quickly, but probably too quickly. This causes client services and customers avoidable stress.
