You can work from home.

Cons

They are slowly removing anything that makes it worthwhile to stick around. The most recent change just removed the option to have a salary non-exempt positions in the company and made everyone in one hourly, which conveniently removes the need to give them the unlimited PTO that came with that salary. They also change insurance providers yearly, which means you get to enjoy signing up for a new website and hope your providers are included in the new one.
