Pros

There is a small group of great individuals and leaders who are part of the good parts left of Entrata. Some of the benefits are good like the “flex” PTO. There’s flexibility in the job and still able to work from home. If you can “play the game” as several individuals have said, you will make it at Entrata.

Cons

Where to begin? I’d say in the last 2 years, implementation has gone downhill.
