      Pros

      There use to be a great list here of all of the pro's but honestly over the last 2 years they have all been destroyed - its been interesting to watch the company be completely dismantled and changed to Podium

      Cons

      - Culture was obliterated and non-existant now - Customer Focus no longer a priority - CEO Absent and focused on his external image - Executive team seems disjointed and not aligned - All employee focus/incentive removed or taken away - Return to office has been a disaster - also where are the execs if it its so important

      Pros

      I love the people I work with. Relatively flexible work/life balance. Decent benefits, competitive starting pay.

      Cons

      Very stingey with yearly performance increases which negatively affects retention and morale. Lack of vision and transparency from executives. Backwards RTO policy.

      They are all over the place and I don't trust some things they do. They don't value they're employees of work-life balance anymore.
