Little to no pros. The field sales org can make great money, but if you're looking at inside sales or BDR,... Not the case

Cons

Great place to work - 5 years ago. The culture is low-trust, micromanaged, and lead by a sales leader who's never sold anything as an IC

Made some great friends while working there.

Cons

Once you move up, they start expecting perfection. And find ways to make it hard on you, until they day your just not a good fit anymore. Last year starting doing layoffs, ever since they started taking outside money, and let others come in and start running things, and changing things. Not for the better! Was a great, family run company. Now, not so much. Once you get into management, and move up in seniority, they let you go, replace you with someone they can pay less to do your job. Was a great place to work at, 3 years ago. Not now!!

- Great product with incredible momentum in the marketplace - Great implementation / project management team that cares about the product and making sure clients are successful - Good direction from product

Cons

- Company is now following true PE model which has led to over hiring too many sales reps. Not much opportunity per each rep. - Cut throat CRO and executive sales team that has no problem with firing you if you do not stay compliant with their goals / objectives.
