Pros

I’ve loved working here. The work pushes you to amazing limits, the engineering culture has been enjoyable to be around and the people are great, and the personal growth potential for your career is great if you show up and prove yourself. I’d definitely recommend this employer if you land on the right team.

Cons

I’ve only had 1 -2 negative experiences here in the last 4 years. This place has been great.

Pros

I have a pretty good group of team members. My mid-level supervisor is also easy to work with and supportive.

Cons

Entrata does not care about their employees, or even their products/services. This is made clear by insane workloads, exhausting meetings with escalated clients, and a “standard” 3% (if you are exceeding expectations and lucky) raise. I do moderately technical work that requires a decent amount of experience, as well as a client facing and internal leadership role, and I don’t make what is considered a “living wage” in Utah, even after years of working here. Execs seem to be having a great time partying at Summit with the most expensive celebrities they can book (Seinfeld, James Cordon, Tom Brady, Weezer…) but absolutely do not care about the uninvited staff who are working to support their client retention and their low-bar concept of product integrity.

Pros

Honestly trying to think very positive my manager was awesome very laid back and didn't hover, now saying that he didn't hover and didn't really get after people so everyone just kind of did what they want to. As someone who constantly tried to do my best it was very frustrating.

Cons

It's a job, somethings suck somethings are awesome. The parts that suck are how messy it is. Your team calls out constantly so you will always be short staffed but then they want you to preform double metrics almost. When you do preform double metrics for you and the person missing its almost like its just expected out of you. No nice job thanks for covering yesterday we appreciate you. Like I said more just expected. Everyday feels like chaos even though the pay is not great I made more when I was 19. The information you are expected to retain per the pay is honestly my biggest down fall. I got into the job thinking Id move up fast but the team I am on has like 2 different families in it and they just move each other up the latter and expect you to just keep working at crappy pay and doing the worst part of the job for them.
