The pay. Helpful team members, and management. Full benefits. Nice PTO policy. Hybrid work. Onsite gym, and refreshments.

Cons

Change is constant. Workload can at times be overwhelming. Dealing with rude customers. Development teams can take a long time to fix a bug, or add a simple feature; this aspect was beginning to improve however.
