      Interesting work, but odd leadership

      Pros

      The work was fun and varied. I enjoyed speaking to people and helping them with issues.

      Cons

      I felt leadership was way to critical, and gave odd suggestions. Like they asked people to smile more, and their smiles felt very fake. It was a passive aggressive at times.

      benefits are still good...everything else has gone downhill

      Cons

      Culture USED to be great. Leadership USED to be great. Events USED to be great. It's all gone down hill since the new CFO came in in early 2023. Now it's awful. Fired half the staff, and expected us to still hit our even higher number they issued.
