      No Product Strategy - Terrible Leadership

      I had an incredible leader before he was let go in secretive layoffs.

      The past 6 months at Entrata have been a nightmare. New leaders have been brought in and they are ignoring all data to make good decisions and just following the whims of opinions to quickly go to IPO. The worst thing is that Entrata has done mass layoffs of GREAT talent, but they take no accountability for it and seem to be willing to throw plenty of money at Jazz sponsorships, President's Club events, etc all while laying off employees for cost savings. They should be ashamed and take ownership of these decisions and for costing good people their livelihoods.
