      Pros

      I truly enjoyed working here and getting to know the residents. The residents and most fellow staff were always kind and welcoming and I can't describe how much I miss talking over coffee with some of them on my break or walking around the parking lot even after I've clocked out. The shifts may have started before the sun came up, but watching the sun come up through the windows is one of my favorite memories of working here.

      Cons

      The main con I would list was that among some management, there was a lack of empathy for personal situations. I don't feel comfortable divulging any further details, but I ultimately ended up quitting because management was taking a massive toll on my mental health.
