      Pros

      Company growth and stability, adding fun and good perks to match other industry players (flex time, employee ownership, etc.) good people, industry leader.

      Cons

      Company is more and more focused on revenue and growth, sometimes at the expense of core values and other employee interests. Entrata also seems to have a history of paying lower range and doesn't seem to shy much away from burning through employees to meet company objectives.
