I love that there is so much support. It's nice to know you have others to help when needed. Very easy to advance if you do your job right.

Cons

The only con I really have is that when you work overtime Calabrio doesn't automatically adjust your time for extra breaks or lunches because then you're stuck working 8 hours with only a 15 minute break.
